Let me provide a brief introduction. My name is John Thomas "Tom" Libby. I am a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate at Jersey Shore Real Estate Associates. I grew up at the Jersey Shore and have lived here my entire life. I have an extensive knowledge of the real estate market in the Monmouth and Ocean County area. I am also an experienced Real Estate Appraiser and can offer to you as an added value my knowledge and experience in evaluating the real value of a property.
